- Data Integrity: Ensure daily collection activities match gathering SOPs, and report all gathering data accurately and timely.
3. Operational Planning & Cadence
- Daily Execution: Create, communicate, and track the "Daily Mission Plan." Triage acute issues rapidly using holistic decision-making and clear stakeholder communication.
- Weekly Analysis: Debrief the current week's performance, forecast resource requirements for the upcoming week, manage inventory/expense reconciliation, and build contingencies for emergency calls or off-schedule requirements.
- Monthly & Quarterly Strategy: Support the General Manager (GM) with volume forecasting, equipment/personnel planning, financial reporting, and preventative maintenance (PM) scheduling.
4. Leadership, Team Building & Personnel Management
- Talent Lifecycle: Lead the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of operations personnel.
- Performance Culture: Conduct regular personnel reviews, champion career development, and build strong team morale.
- Leadership Style: Provide direct mentorship, clear guidance, and candor to foster a highly accountable work environment.
Qualifications & Expectations
- Experience: Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Logistics Manager, Plant Manager, or comparable military leadership experience.
- Aptitude: Deep understanding of operational metrics, strategic planning, expense management, and mechanical/fleet maintenance systems.
- Core Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional time management, and the ability to think critically in high-pressure environments.
